The VACPAD 2.0 lineup offers versatile sizes, from Standard to Round, with customizable gasket ropes and options for extra valves and colors. Because everybody loves accessories!
VACPAD 2.0 Applications:
Standard: Connection for fitting from the underside of the VACPAD. Mainly applicable with rotating mounts, and hole spacings of 96mm on-center.
Double Suction: VACPADS that are used with smooth, sealed table surfaces where the bottom section of the pad can suction down to the surface and stay in place, while you apply your material on the top side of the pad. The vacuum fitting comes out of the side of the VACPAD.
Fix Mounted: Used for many different applications, where there are table mounting hole placements of 96mm on-center if you decide to mark and put dedicated threaded inserts into your table. Also included VP Pegs that allow for mounting to MFT style Tables that have existing holes. Tightening down on screws allows for securing VACPADS in those larger 20mm Holes.
VACPAD Sizes and material size recommendations/use:
Large VACPAD (6” x 8.75”) 150mm x 225mm
Used for larger material and stability.
Medium VACPAD (4” x 8.75”) 100mm x 225mm
Most common VACPAD size.
Small VACPAD (3” x 8.75”) 75mm x 225mm
Used for handling smaller materials.
Scribe VACPAD (2” x 8.75”) 50mm x 225mm
Designed for holding narrow materials 2”-4” wide.
Round VACPAD ( 3.5”-8”)
Designed for certain applications where a round pad would fit your needs.
All Version 2.0 VACPAD models come with oversized length of Gasket, that can be cut down to size. The instructions on how to cut and install the gasket are included in the box with every order.
-Fix mounted: Front side foam gasket, with countersunk holes for attaching to a fixed location. All Fix Mounted VACPADs will include 2x threaded inserts and 2x Threaded machine screws 1/4-20 thread,
Also a pair VP-Pegs to allow for easy attaching and removal of VACPAS with a MFT Style table (20mm holes every 96mm on-center).
Note: The optional Foot release pedal still works as another form of releasing your material from the VACPAD, sold separately under the VACPAD Accessories
