Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kouros Tools.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before a tracking label has been created as your order has been packed up and in transit and cant be intercepted.

To cancel an order, please contact us with a clear statement of your request by either of the following methods:

  • Your Order Number (Example #0000)

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is minimally used and in the same condition as received.
  • Orders can be subject to 15% restocking fee. 
  • The item is returned in its original packaging or suitable protective packaging.
  • You include a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • An honest description of your concern or issue, as all feedback on products is appreciated from customer experience.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable items or items with expiration concerns
  • Items unsealed after delivery due to hygiene or health reasons
  • Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely. We cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. We only issue refund once products are received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 business days if you haven't received confirmation of your refund process.

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged product and need the same item replaced, please contact us at Support@KourosTools.com.

6. Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if it was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
