All orders are fulfilled by the staff at the Kouros Carpentry shop.
We process orders as they are received. Fulfillment typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on current order volume and item availability.

Please note:

1.1 Shipping Carriers: Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of third-party courier services. While we select reliable partners, we cannot guarantee their delivery times or be held responsible for transit delays or lost packages.

1.2 Delivery Issues: If your order encounters a delay or delivery issue, please contact the courier service directly with your tracking information for the most accurate and timely updates.

1.3 Support Assistance: Before reaching out to our support team, ensure you’ve contacted the courier first. If further assistance is needed, we’re here to help.

2. Additional Shipping Costs, Taxes & Import Duties

Customers within the USA: Additional shipping fees, taxes, or other charges may occasionally apply and, if so, will be communicated to you before your order is completed.

2.1 Customers outside the USA: You may be required to pay import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges depending on your country's regulations. These costs are not included in the product or shipping price and are typically collected by local authorities or the delivery service. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

2.2 International DHL shipments: DHL shipping option, applicable duties and taxes may not be prepaid at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details (including phone number and email) are complete and accurate. If the carrier cannot reach you or if incorrect information prevents customs clearance, your shipment may be returned to the sender or abandoned by the carrier. We are not responsible for any charges or fees due to incorrect information.

2.3 You may be responsible for paying duties, taxes, and any carrier fees upon delivery; the carrier will contact you directly to arrange payment. If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Support before placing your order.
