Build the table you need. Make it ridiculous later.
The Modular Pegboard Table System starts with a 4' x 8' Base Kit and grows right along with your shop, your projects, and your questionable need for more horizontal surfaces.
Instead of locking you into one permanent table size, the system is built from interlocking modular panels. The left and right end panels finish the table, while the 2' wide x 4' tall center panels can be added, removed, or saved for later.
Start with the 4' x 8' Base Kit
The Base Kit gives you everything needed to assemble a full 4' x 8' worktable.
Don't need the whole 8 feet today? No problem.
Use only the panels you need to build a shorter table and stick the extras somewhere safe. When your shop grows—or you inevitably decide the table needs to be bigger—you already have panels ready to go.
No cutting. No rebuilding the whole thing. No staring at a sheet of plywood wondering where things went wrong.
Want More Table? Add More Table.
Each additional Center Panel adds approximately 2 feet of table length.
So the system can grow like this:
- 4' x 8' — Base Kit
- 4' x 10' — Base Kit + 1 additional center panel
- 4' x 12' — Base Kit + 2 additional center panels
- 4' x 14' — Base Kit + 3 additional center panels
- Keep going — because apparently floor space is just a suggestion.
The repeating center-panel design means you can purchase extra sections from the beginning or expand the table later as your needs change.
One Table. A Stupid Amount of Possibilities.
The work surface uses a 20mm dog-hole pattern, making it compatible with a huge range of common workholding accessories, fixtures, stops, clamps, guides, and jigs.
It is also designed to integrate with the Kouros Tools Cabinet Door Clamping System (CDCS) and Face Frame Clamping System (FFCS).
That means one modular table can become your:
Assembly table. Clamping table. Cabinet door station. Face frame station. Jig table. Workholding table. General-purpose workbench.
Basically, instead of building a different table every time you invent another reason to need a table, this one is designed to adapt.
Modular by Design
The puzzle-style interlocking joints keep the sections aligned while allowing the table to be configured around your available space.
Build it smaller.
Build it 8 feet long.
Build it 12 feet long.
Build something so long your shop landlord starts asking questions.
Start with the Base Kit. Add Center Panels whenever you need more room.
Your table doesn't have to know what it wants to be when it grows up.
