Cabinet Door Clamping System

1. What is it?

It’s a build-your-own cabinet door clamping station. We have developed a cost-effective system with the necessary pneumatic clamps, hoses, fittings, and parts needed to create your own cabinet door clamping station.

That's right — this isn't just any kit. It’s a DIY adventure. Want a table as big as a monster truck? Go for it. Prefer something that fits snugly next to your lawnmower and holiday decorations? No judgment here.

There are a few items that are not provided you would need to Source yourself such as the table itself, and a female air hose connector compatible with the hoses you use in your own shop. More information in the video below — because building dreams sometimes requires step-by-step instructions.

2. Clamping table Specifications

Let's talk about building the ultimate clamping table. You'll need 3/4" thick material — and we're not talking about that questionable scrap wood you found behind the shed. Go with domestic double-sided UV plywood for stability. Trust us, your clamps will thank you.

Now for the fun part: holes. Lots of 'em. We're talking 20mm diameter holes spaced 48mm in the center. Lay that pattern across a sheet as big as your woodworking ambitions.

Pro tip: Get a CNC machine to drill those holes. Sure, you could spend your weekend hunched over with a hand drill, sweating profusely and questioning your life choices — but why? Let the robots handle it.

And if you're thinking, "I don't have a CNC machine, and my neighbor Gary's woodshop looks sketchy," no worries. We've got a list of trusted CNC shops in the USA at the bottom of this page. Gary can keep his wobbly drill press.

6. PSI Clamping force pressure ratings

Although this is accurate please understand the information in this table is a calculated approximation.

The force data can vary due to factors but not limited to:

  • length of hose

  • compressor system

  • loose connections

  • number of clamps connected on a single system
