4. Placing Orders for Goods
By placing an Order through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

To place an Order, You may be required to provide certain information relevant to the Order, including but not limited to:

Phone number
Payment details (e.g., credit/debit card number, expiration date)
Billing and shipping address
You represent and warrant that:
You have the legal right to use any payment method submitted; and

By submitting this information, You grant Us the right to share it with third-party payment processors for the purpose of completing the transaction.
5. Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
Product unavailability
Errors in product descriptions or prices
Errors in Your Order
Suspected fraud or unauthorized/illegal transactions
Your Cancellation Rights
You may cancel Your Order in accordance with these Terms and Our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
To be eligible for a refund, Goods must be returned in the same condition in which You received them, including all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Goods that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
We will issue a refund no later than 14 days from the date We receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. No fees will be charged for the refund.
You do not have a right to cancel an Order for:
Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
Goods that are perishable, deteriorate quickly or have expired
Goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons
Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
Digital content is not supplied on a tangible medium once the download or streaming has begun with Your prior express consent
6. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We continuously update the Service and strive to maintain accurate information. However, Goods may occasionally be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating product details or availability.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Service, including prices, images, product descriptions, specifications, or availability. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without notice.
7. Prices Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time prior to confirming an Order.
If a price change is necessary after an Order has been accepted—due to events beyond Our control (e.g., government regulations, customs duties, increased shipping costs, currency fluctuations)—You will be notified and given the option to cancel the Order.
8. Payments
All purchases are subject to a one-time payment. Accepted payment methods include:
Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
Online payment platforms (e.g., PayPal)
All payment information is subject to verification and authorization by Your card issuer. If authorization is not received, We are not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver Your Order.
9. Promotions
Any Promotions made available through the Service may be subject to separate terms and conditions. If You choose to participate, please review both the promotional rules and Our Privacy Policy.
If there is a conflict between the promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail.
10. User Accounts

14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your account, You may simply stop using the Service.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of Your transmissions or content
In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the greater of:
The amount You paid through the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
One hundred US dollars ($100) if no purchase has been made
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to You.
16. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

If You are a consumer residing in the European Union, You will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You are a resident.
20. United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo
You are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties
21. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision.
22. Translation Interpretation
These Terms may have been translated into other languages. In the event of a conflict between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
23. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, at Our sole discretion. If a revision is material, We will provide reasonable notice (e.g., via email or a notice on Our Service) at least 30 days prior to the effective date.
By continuing to use the Service after any changes become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If You do not agree to the new Terms, in whole or in part, You must stop using the Service.
