All orders are fulfilled by the staff at the Kouros Carpentry shop.
We process orders as they are received. Fulfillment typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on current order volume and item availability.

Please note:
Shipping Carriers: Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of third-party courier services. While we select reliable partners, we cannot guarantee their delivery times or be held responsible for transit delays or lost packages.
Delivery Issues: If your order encounters a delay or delivery issue, please contact the courier service directly with your tracking information for the most accurate and timely updates.
Support Assistance: Before reaching out to our support team, ensure you’ve contacted the courier first. If further assistance is needed, we’re here to help.
2. Additional Shipping Costs, Taxes & Import Duties
Customers outside the USA: You may be required to pay import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges depending on your country's regulations. Customers within the USA: Additional shipping fees, taxes, or other charges may occasionally apply and, if so, will be communicated to you before your order is completed.
Kouros Tools complies with all applicable local and international laws related to the shipment of goods. However, any additional costs that may arise during shipping, customs processing, or delivery are beyond our control.
