Cabinet Door Clamping System

CDCS Table Staged

1. What is it?

It’s a build-your-own cabinet door clamping station. We’ve developed a cost-effective system with the necessary pneumatic clamps, hoses, fittings, and parts needed to create your own cabinet door clamping station.

That's right — this isn't just any kit. It’s a DIY adventure. Want a table as big as a monster truck? Go for it. Prefer something that fits snugly next to your lawnmower and holiday decorations? No judgment here.

There are a few items not included, such as the table itself and a female air hose connector. Check the video below for setup instructions.

2. Clamping Table Specifications

Let’s talk about building the ultimate clamping table. You'll need 3/4" thick material — MDF core or particle board is ideal for consistent thickness. You can also use domestic double-sided UV plywood if that’s your style. Just make sure it's close to 3/4” thick to maximize clamping force.

If you plan to go thicker or add laminate, email us at support@kourostools.com to adjust your clamps accordingly.

Now for the fun part: holes. Lots of 'em. You’ll need 20mm diameter holes spaced 48mm on-center. If you're using an MFT Table, you already know the drill. Lay that pattern across a sheet as big as your woodworking ambition.

Pro tip: Use a CNC machine to drill the holes. Save your back, your weekend, and your sanity.

No CNC machine? No problem. We’ve got a list of trusted CNC shops below. Let Gary and his wobbly drill press rest.

Clamping Force PSI

6. PSI Clamping Force Pressure Ratings

Although accurate, this information is an approximation.

The force data can vary due to several factors:

  • Length of hose
  • Compressor system
  • Loose connections
  • Number of clamps connected to the system
